"Unto all nobles, gentles, and unrepentant Sea Rovers to whom these present letters may come from, Janos and Rachel, King and Queen of Atlantia, Our special greetings.

By Our sovereign will and unbridled desire, we do elevate Our wholey unreconstructed subject, Delphina the Mad, to the Order of the Opal, for she has served Our Realm beyond the normal expectation of Our Nobility.  (Honestly, 'twas this or a hanging!)
